I wanted to take a moment to tell you about a recent experience I had.

I was on my way home Friday afternoon and had a flat tire. I was in the middle of nowhere and it was raining cats and dogs! I was over an hour away from home and didn't know what I was going to do. Then I remembered that when my husband and I purchased my vehicle we also received your company's road hazard policy. I called the number on my policy and your staff went right to work getting me assistance. I didn't have to make another call. They promptly located a tire service in the area and called me back to reassure me that help was on the way. Your staff was courteous and very professional. I was back on the road in just over an hour! UNBELIEVABLE!

I just wanted to attach a letter of appreciation with a receipt for a tow that I am being reimbursed for.

I spoke with Carla on 6/24/2004 6:45pm who made my situation at the time a little bit more bearable. Carla was very helpful and did everything in her power to make the time go by faster. She actually turned my frown into a crown and even made me laugh a couple of times. Carla was very professional, and I just wanted the person whom she reports to know that she is doing her job. These days you don't find good customer service such as that. And I am glad that I choose Auto Knight as my Roadside assistance service.

Dear Auto Knight,

One morning in a hurried rush, and a new first time mother, I got my daughter and other things that I needed (diaper bag, toys etc.), and put them in my SUV. I set my daughter in her car seat, double-checked to make sure she was locked in correctly. Being nervous about making sure I did it right, I realized that I didn't have my purse, so I closed the truck doors and ran in the house.

When I closed the house door I started looking for my keys. I ran back to the truck to check on my daughter and the door was locked. And there they were on the seat next to the baby's car seat.

I panicked and called my husband and he reminded me that he programmed our roadside service into my cell phone. I called, and Wendy was there for us. She was efficient, calm, and pleasant. And she even stayed on the phone with me. I panicked, my baby was crying and I start thinking I wasn't meant to be a mother. Wendy calmed me down and even made me laugh by saying, "now this is the time you wish she would talk back."

The roadside truck was there in 30 minutes. With Wendy on the phone the whole time keeping me calm it just seemed like 10 minutes.
